Warranty, Loyalty and Covenant Terms

1. Our custom watches are NOT RETURNABLE but do follow the conditions below. Please do your due diligence before purchasing, as we will not accept returns based on accidental purchase, fitment, or a change of mind.
2. Two-year craftsmanship policy for hands, bezel inserts, and movements – If the hands become loose, the bezel insert falls out, or the automatic movement stops within two years, we will repair and replace (including shipping) at our expense.
3. Five-year repair policy – If you break it, we’ll fix it at a 20% discount plus parts (shipping/insurance not included).
4. Five-year update/mod policy – If you want to upgrade your timepiece, we offer 50% off labor. You’ll only need to cover parts and shipping.
5. Although most of our watches are pressure tested, we do not warranty for water damage. Automatic watches use a screw-down crown, and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure it is properly fitted and secured.
6. Loyalty discounts – If you're on our email list or have purchased from us before, you’ll receive special discounts. The more you buy, the more you save.

Fraud and Theft

Our goal is to ensure every transaction is completed to our customers’ satisfaction. However, please be aware that Roger Dare Watches, LLC has an in-house investigative team that reviews transactions for authenticity and security purposes. If your purchase raises any flags—such as an invalid address, suspicious PayPal account, mismatched information, or other irregularities—you may be contacted for verification before we ship your order.

We take fraud prevention seriously and ask that you respond promptly if we reach out via email or phone. This ensures we can process your order safely and on time.

Additionally, we work closely with local law enforcement across the US and will prosecute fraudulent purchases to the fullest extent of the law.

Copyright/Trademark

Please note: We are the original manufacturer and builder of our custom watches. Roger Dare Watches, LLC is not affiliated with Seiko, Omega, Citizen, Tudor, Rolex, or any other brand that our products may resemble. All of our watches are original designs. Any similarities to other timepieces are purely coincidental.

Any use of brand names, dial badges, or logos is done through legally purchased aftermarket suppliers. Roger Dare Watches, LLC assumes no responsibility for any copyright infringement related to third-party suppliers. We expect all suppliers to have the necessary permissions to use brand names and logos.

Payment

All payments are processed through PayPal, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

• Immediate payment is required.
• If you want to combine shipping for multiple purchases, please contact us before completing payment.
• Sales tax of 4.5% will be applied to purchases shipped within the continental US.
• Orders will only be shipped once payment is confirmed.

Returns

We want Roger Dare Watches, LLC customers to be completely satisfied with their experience. We post high-quality photos and detailed descriptions to ensure transparency.

• All watches are thoroughly inspected and photographed before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect working order unless otherwise stated.
• If you experience an issue with your watch, please refer to the warranty terms above.
• We do not accept returns.
• We do not provide refunds for damages outside of our control, including water damage.

Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Shipping

• We currently ship within the continental US. For international shipping, additional terms and conditions may apply.
• We are not liable once watches are handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx with proof of tracking. If this is a concern, you may purchase shipping insurance for an additional fee.
• The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of payment and for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees.
• Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Carrier delays due to high volume (holidays), weather, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
• Discounted shipping is available for multiple-item purchases – please contact us before completing payment.
